"This guy irks me big time. Screwed us out of 15,000$ by telling us less than 24 hours before we closed on a house that we need to replace the roof and held our insurance over our head for it. Inspectors have said there is no damage. Even the roofers were hiring because of this guy. Do not get insurance here. Were only keeping this for just long enough for it to not be seen as insurance hopping so we can get coverage elsewhere."
